You will learn:
- The nature of the electronically stored evidence (ESI) and the methods for handling the evidence
- What to look for to learn if the evidence was seized and handled properly by the prosecution
- Questions to ask that can have evidence removed or denied due to the mistakes of a mobile forensic examiner who lacks experience and training
- What data can be recovered from mobile devices
